San Francisco happy hour has a house style: a short, sharp window with the prices printed right on it. These are the signature sips and bites the venues themselves post — with prices only where the bar published them.
Sips the houses name
Delarosa in the Marina (2175 Chestnut) posts the longest window of the four: Monday–Friday 2–6 PM, with $8 spritzes, a $10 espresso martini, $8 house wine, and $6 Delarosa house Kölsch. Beretta in the Mission (1199 Valencia) posts Ora di Aperitivo Monday–Friday 5–6 PM: sbagliato $8, negroni $8, house white $8, house red $8. Ace Wasabi (3339 Steiner) posts daily 5–6 PM with house cold sake $7, house white, red, or rosé $10, and the Havana $11. Pacific Catch (2027 Chestnut) posts Aloha Hour Monday–Friday 3–6 PM and Saturday–Sunday 3–5 PM with cocktails at $9 — plus a Friday Aloha-shirt special: the first Mai Tai at $6.
Bites worth crossing the street for
Delarosa's happy-hour food sits at $10 across the board: prawns, meatballs in spicy tomato sauce, margherita pizzetta, spicy soppressata pizzetta, and spaghetti and meatball. Beretta's printed plates are $10 too: fava bean bruschetta, fried calamari, cauliflower, pizzetta margherita, pizzetta hot salame, and spaghetti con polpetti — with a 5% surcharge added to support employee benefits. Ace Wasabi is the raw-fish play: mixed sashimi 8 pieces $13 (from $26), a three-piece nigiri plus drink combo $20, and named rolls at $8 including the spicy tuna roll. Pacific Catch names share plates, poke, sushi, and tacos on its Aloha Hour menu without dollar amounts, so treat the food side there as window-only.
