We copy hours and prices from the venue’s own public page, or a PDF they host. We date-stamp the check. We do not invent a dollar amount because a roundup said so last year.
If the bar posts a window but not prices, the row is soon or price not posted. If we can’t find happy-hour times on their site, we mark the listing unverified. A press roundup alone doesn’t count as confirmation.
